Well-designed lodge with comfortable sofa and bedding. the small kitchen had a two-ring hob and mini oven, perfect for making hot meals. the dining area was nicely decorated and had a pleasant view through the orchard. Private parking and a peaceful location in a quiet hamlet provided a sense of tranquility. the host, Crystel, was friendly and helpful.

Some lack of privacy due to the absence of curtains over the full-length glass doors. the weak and unreliable wifi was a disappointment.

Hillview Lodge offered the perfect balance of privacy and beautiful views of the surrounding orchard. I was impressed by the comfortable bed and sofa bed, as well as the spacious and well, decorated living space. the host was incredibly responsive and my brother had nothing but kind words for her. the lodge had all the necessary amenities, including a well, equipped kitchen, allowing us to self, cater if desired. the outside seating area provided a relaxing spot to unwind in the evening. the location was ideal, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore, such as national trust properties and Bath and Bristol. I'm already looking forward to returning and have recommended Hillview Lodge to friends and family. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.
